Mexico - Advice on purchasing a time share (second hand) at Pueblo Bonito Rose

I have the opportunity to buy a 1 bedroom condo time share at Pueblo Bonito Rose in Cabo for $750. It is a red week available every week of the year, save the last two in December. We have two small boys and were thinking this would be a nice place to take spring break every year as it will be a fixed cost every other year.
The time share is for even years and the maintenace is ~$600/year, due only on even years (so really $300/year)...any thoughts on whether or not this is a good value? I need to make my decision by tomorrow, so any advice would be greatly appreciated (including if this is the right forum to post this in).

Thanks in advance.

First, I would never buy a time share.

However, if you are going to buy one, second hand is the way to do it. I would check ebay and similar sites to get a comparison on prices.

Good luck. We toured Pueblo Bonito Rose once and found the pool area annoying crowded and noisy.

It's on ebay.
I am not a time share person either, but we like Cabo because of the consistent weather in the spring...with young boys, we would probably be contributing to the noise and annoying crowd! :D
Also, we have done the math and it basically guarantees us a room with a kitchen for ~$100/night....hhhmmm....decisions, decision...2 hours until the bid ends?!?

So what did you end up doing?

You can usually rent timeshares off Ebay for around (or even less) than the annual fees.
