Interesting concept, but it seems like something that would best work in low light conditions. Having the image wiggle around as you move would be distracting as well, but there is probably a way to use image stabilization similar to video cameras.

The projection of the numeric keyboard on her hand was a pretty cool way of dialing a cell number! ^
