Air New Zealand Air Points - Are fuel surcharges on NZ going to come down?

Thinking of booking a great escapade fare, which is a fixed fare + fuel surcharge + taxes.

Some airlines (especially Asian airlines like NH and OZ) are dropping long-haul fuel surcharges dramatically. Are there any indications of whether NZ is planning to decrease the YQ sometime soon?

No word yet but I'd expect in the next few months as the high cost hedges rapidly phase out. This was hinted at by NZ in recent investor presentations.
