Gaming Loyalty Programs - harrahs changed the way they list comp offers @harrahs.com

I just signed-on to my acct at harrahs.com and the number of offers seemed to have been cut in half. On further checking, all that happened was they revised the way the list offers: previously each casino room offer i.e., had a separate listing, now they lump them into one listing, and you can then expand that to see all the actual offers. [The option of sort by casino is no longer there.]

Wow, Harrahs actually did something that actually IMPROVES the customer experience. I can't remember when the last time that's happened! Too bad it only happens in virtual cyber space and not in the real casino space! :p

Even without the ability to sort by casino, I think this is much cleaner and easier to see all your offers. Although I have to admit when I logged in to see my offers this afternoon, I was surprised to see the number drop by about 75%!!
