Women Travelers - Non greasy product for fly away hair?View Full Version : Non greasy product for fly away hair? wrxmom Mar 9, 09, 11:00 pm Anyone know of any non greasy conditioners or other product to combat dry airplane hair? jurisdr Mar 10, 09, 6:30 pm I like Fekkai glossing cream. A small amount is all that is needed. I apply a tiny amount (less than a pea) into the palm of a hand then rub my hands together to evenly distribute on hands. Finally, I apply evenly to combat fly aways. It smells good and isn't greasy like many of the anti-frizz/fly away products. wrxmom Mar 10, 09, 10:32 pm Thanks! Where can I find Fekkai glossing cream? jurisdr Mar 11, 09, 10:06 am Thanks! Where can I find Fekkai glossing cream? Sephora has a small travel size for less than $10. Nordstrom, Saks, & NM also carry Fekkai. I use the Fekkai shampoo and conditioner when at home, but the glossing cream works just as well w/other non-Fekkai products. :) jurisdr Mar 11, 09, 10:09 am Oh, and be sure to use just a small amount rubbed in palms first. Too much just weighs hair down and is counter productive. wrxmom Mar 11, 09, 2:55 pm Perfect thanks. :0 Off to shop :) LTN Phobia Mar 13, 09, 3:47 am I like Fekkai glossing cream. Another vote for Fekkai glossing cream. prefer_2_fly Mar 14, 09, 5:51 am I buy my Fekkai at Bath & Body Works Geogirl1234 Mar 28, 09, 7:57 am I recommend Moroccan Oil. It makes your hair feel like a child's and is absolutely non-greasy. My hair is very smooth and soft. You can get it on Amazon and the reviews are very good. Love, love, love the product! b1513 Mar 28, 09, 1:12 pm I recommend Moroccan Oil. It makes your hair feel like a child's and is absolutely non-greasy. My hair is very smooth and soft. You can get it on Amazon and the reviews are very good. Love, love, love the product! This is kind of an interesting product. My beautician uses it on my hair and says it's supposed to make the hair dry faster. I can't say I notice any difference at all in drying time. But, it does make your hair softer I think. I resisted buying it, though, because I already could open a store of hair products. The other night I was in a hotel in PHL. My hair was standing up straight on end with static electricity and nothing would change its mind. I had to finally put some water on it. Bobette |
