It tracks your IP address which may or may not indicate where you really are.

In Chicago, it has been mostly prepopulated with Starbucks locations. Please note that not all of the Starbucks downtown actually have public facilities.

It's very far off in my area for some of the highway ones. It should allow you to set a point by clicking on the map for those and not have people put in addresses that put the point miles from where they really are.
