Hi everybody,
I plan to book the following NZ Ticket:
01/09/09 LHR-LAX NZ 001
03/09/09 LHR-AKL-CHC NZ 001/NZ 303
18/09/09 CHC-AKL-HKG NZ 514 / NZ 039
20/09/09 HKG-LHR NZ 039
All fligths are Booked in an Premium Economy Global Saver Fare.
If I wanted to upgrade(upfare) the LAX-AKL and AKL-HKG sectors into Business Premier how should i proceed?
Thanks in advance for your answers!

I am unfamiliar with the fares on offer from your point of origin, but the fares ex-NZ have an ability to pay a surcharge per sector for Business at the time of booking, viz....
1. Air NZ Business Premier Upgrade Surcharge: Sector upgrade from Pacific Premium Economy to Business Premier can be purchased for travel on NZ operated flights at a charge as noted below. Infant discounts apply when not
occupying a seat. The charge is collected as a surcharge in the fare calculation directly after the applicable sector and noted with a ‘D’ in the fare calculation.
(a) AKLLAX and vv, AKLSFO and vv, AKLYVR and vv, AKLHKG and vv, HKGLHR and vv, LAXLHR and vv, AKLPVG and vv, AKLPEK and vv, AKLNRT and vv, AKLKIX and vv, KIXCHC, NRTCHC.

It may be cheaper for you to buy a good deal fare in C (J) class.

I would second that. There is no other way to upgrade unless you are an airpoints member. Scout around - in this gloomy economy yoiu are bound to find a good deal.
I just got a SYD AKL LAX in J class for $6000 which was a mighty drop from nearly $13,000!
