Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - complaint to Expedia through more powerful way

I tried to refund my paper tickets to Expedia and mailed them to its refund department by express.

After few weeks, I called customer service to confirm the refund process and the staff got my express tracking number and confirmed the ticket were recieved. She also promised her supervisor (the person who can contact other department) will contact refund department and emailed me. That was on Feb 20.

Then I sent three emails to customer service to reconfirm my refund status (where my tickets are) but only the first one was replied and it just said sorry for inconvenience and they will keep contacting the relative departments.

I am really worried and not comfortable after long waiting and would like to know if someone in this company i can contat to speed my case management, like a manager or superviosr.

Call your credit card company and dispute the charge.

My credt card was charged few months ago and I paid the bill.

According the fare rul, Expedia promised to refund so I mailed the tickets to them.

Now, i am worried if they lost my tickets or something wrong.

Of course you would have kept copies of the tickets and mailed all correspondence certified mail return receipt -- AND you would have disputed the charge with your credit card issuer. You just won't get Expedia to give you a refund, unless the FTC takes an interest in the situation.
