Air New Zealand Air Points - Domestic inflight service?

Looking forward to a couple of domestic flights ROT-ZQN and ZQN-CHC on the ATR72. Just wondering what or if any inflight food and drink is served on these day time flights? Not expecting much but a drink and a nibble would be nice to pass the time with.
One other question the ROT-ZQN makes a stop at CHC on the way do we get off or stay on?

Since you are going on a ATR you will get a Biscuit & Air NZ Sweet, with Tea, Coffee or Water.

ZQN-CHC vv will just be pottle of water. No hot drinks served on the short flight (and the available time is shorter due to the mountains around ZQN.

ROT-CHC should be water plus tea or coffee, mini biscuit.

It's been a while since I've taken that flight through, from memory it was 737s compulsory to deplane, ATRs optional to deplane. But it may have changed since then (or I misremember).

If you have *G status then you could use the lounge in CHC (for CHC-ZQN) and ZQN (for ZQN-CHC) to grab some food and drink. There is no lounge at ROT.

Remember the flights are short <1 hour each leg.

For best views CHC-ZQN on the right hand side, ZQN-CHC on the right also.

Sods law dictates I chose the wrong side of the plane as usual shall now go and change to the right side. :D

Just wanted to report back and say we really enjoyed our flights and we did indeed receive water, coffee and small biscuit on all our flights.
Super service all round both on the ground as well as in the air with superb views from above on a wonderful country thrown in. :)

Great bonus of not having to go through the hassle of security searches either at the smaller airports. ^
