Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - SAA rebooked me on another flight.

SAA canceled my flight in business from CPT to JNB at the End of March. One bad thing and one good one came from this.

Good one = A340 airplane. Much better Business class seats then the 736 I was on.

The bad = under two hour connecting time in JNB for international flight to FRA on Lufthansa in first class. About 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Can I check my bags all the way through to FRA from CPT by interlining them? This will save me lots of time in JNB. If not, how bad will this connection be with having to recheck the bags?

Yes, you can book your bags all the way to FRA. And, yes the connecting time should be sufficient.
