MilesBuzz! - Best use of NW voucher tickets

Bumped my family on the way back from Orlando after NYears. 4 RT tickets + meal vouchers and overnight at Hyatt at airport.
Want to use the 4 tickets to fly MKE-Oakland
and then San Diego to MKE. Can I do this with voucher tickets? Thanks.
