A note:

9w has now introduced full mileage earning on most low economy fares internationally, which will help... (mentioned in the fare rules, btw)

Regarding the HKG-BOM offer,

am i being stupid or something but using random dates in March and adjusting them forward and backward, the best price i got was 5165 HKD (which is around £510 which is not a money saver to say the least!
