Travel Technology - Wifi problem on Touch Diamond

Hi everyone,

I purchased a HTC Touch Diamond a couple of weeks ago (http://www.mypocketpcmobile.com/FullReviewHTCTouchDiamond/tabid/247/Default.aspx), principally for when I go away on business and need urgent Wifi access but the major issue is, I can never connect to wireless networks and my provider (Orange) is being really unhelpful about the problem.

Ideas?

i have the same phone and have never had a problem with wifi. what steps are you taking to enable and connect to wifi? do you get any error messages?
