Does anyone know how to get an answer from Best Western Rewards Customer Service. I e-mailed them two weeks ago via their website (because I was unable to register for a double-points promotion and that is what the on-line message suggested as a "solution" to the problem)? I got an acknowledgement by e-mail, then got no further reply. I wrote again one week ago, received another acknowledgement and still have had no reply to either message.
I have a Best Western booking about ten days ahead, but as this is changeable, I'm thinking of changing it to another hotel chain with a similar promotion for which I have been able to register.
Any suggestions as to how to get someone to answer?
