JetBlue TrueBlue - Schedule change notification

Is it JetBlue policy not to notify customers of schedule changes on their reservation? I have a reservation in a week, and when I search for the flight in Reservations on the website, it's showing a different time -- 15 minute earlier departure. No notification from the airline. Is this normal practice?
I asked a similar question about CO a week or so ago - and they've changed my flight time several times since then too. General consensus seems to be "no" they do not feel obliged to tell you.

I got 4 or 5 e-mails (and an automated phone call ) when my schedule was changed. I did notice that in 1 case the flight departure time changed 15 minutes from 1 week to the next week . If you are flying next week perhaps the schedule is being updated for daylight savings time .

I've always received email notifications when booking directly on jetblue.com. When I book through a travel agency (online or our corporate), it has been hit or miss. All communication is then usually filtered through the agency. How did you book?

I would suggest calling 800-jetblue to verify the contact information they have on the reservation. If your flight is disrupted due to weather of other reasons, you want to make sure they have your correct contact information.

They clearly have my email address -- they sent the original confirmation after all!
