MilesBuzz! - understanding fare rules

i have been reading the forums here for some time now in an attempt to more thoroughly understand the airline system and how best to utilize it. through one of the posts i found the section of expedia that lists fares along with their rules. my questions are in understanding these rules. i think that i have a basic understanding, but the two sections that give me trouble are the routing section and the sales restriction section. what routings would be legal for this bwi to lax flight? secondly, does the sales restriction mean that only travel agents can purchase a ticket on this fare? and lastly, is there any expiration date on when the fare will be valid? thank you very much in advance for your help.

Anybody can buy this ticket.
There is no season listed so you can book this out for as far as the reservation systems will let you (330 days) but you can only fly on TUE/WED/THUR
