Diners Club personal cards will no longer be offered in France. All DC personal card accounts will be cancelled on april 30th, 2009.
Owned by Citicorp in the 80's, the Diners Club franchise was acquired by the Bolloré Group, later by the AGF insurance company (Allianz Group), and back by Citibank International PLC in 2003.
