Hilton HHonors - Conrad Miami

I did a search and couldnt find anything regarding this hotel on FT. Can anyone provide any information on the following:

-Does the hotel offer upgraded rooms for Diamonds (not every hotel abides by the rules)
-Is there a lounge and do they have a managers reception?
-Do they have free breakfast for Diamonds?

Anything else that might be helpful to know.
