Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - LHR/FRA Arrival Lounge

I have just received my first gold card through the post! :D

As usual I have the MPC service guide and I noticed that there is a clause saying that MPC GO/DM are eligible for arrival lounge in LHR and FRA as well! Is this a new thing? What are the arrival lounges like in LHR and FRA?
