Hello,
Because of currency fluctuation, paid RTW fares ex-Korea are particularly inexpensive in US$ terms.
If I was going to purchase a RTW ex-SEL, who would I talk to? Are there good English speaking travel agents that know how to book the RTW? Perhaps purchasing directly from KE would work? Would the purchase be allowed using a US credit card?
