I agree it's a low fare but in these times certainly not a "Total Mistake" as I have seen fares for 719 USD all in from LAX !

IAH-EZE, assume routing is through DFW?

For someone wanting to do a MR, that is someone wanting to fly for the purpose of miles/points, this is not a good fare compared to some other options (that earn more miles/points per $ spent).

This is a very good fare to EZE - but not better than the best sale fares usually are.

i would have to agree. in terms of MR this is not a good deal, but a good deal for leisure.

Unfortunately the best fares to EZE are in Q class and thus not upgradable.

A mistake fare would be IAH-EZE in J or F for $700.

This is a fare sale. It was $600 all in from CVG, DFW, ATL and a few others last month.

There are lots of cheap fares to EZE from NAmerican cities these days. Actually the best one at the moment for those in the STAR alliance is AC's C$649 all-in ex-YYZ. Generates over 11K status miles in every STAR program. That's just over US$500, so about a nickel a SM!

I'm finding sub-$880 SFO-IAD-EZE-IAD-SFO Monday-Thursday through June 30 on UA, which is lower than it's been in at least six months IIRC. Not a great MR, but a fairly good deal for vacationers. (Of course it was $1200 when I was heading there... then again, I'm really tempted to go back!) I can't figure out how to determine the fare class, though.
