Just received a postcard- Doesnt look like a targeted Promo but Im not sure, doesnt ask you to register either.


Just complete 8 stays at any participating Hilton family hotel between February 15-May 31 2009 and you will receive 50,000 bonus points.

I called and it is targeted :confused:
The Diamond Desk Tells me that he added it to my account, "as a thank you for my loyalty" We will see if I get it.. I have 11 stays coming up in that time frame

The lady told me there is a code on the mail I need to use it to register. She wouldn't be able to add me if I didn't actually get the mail. It is too bad that I can't take an advantage of this for my upcoming stays:(

No cigar for me either. However I got the double base points promo...

Diamond member, called, no go... need to be targeted. said they could not put code in.

Gave me some speil about diamond members get all sorts of promos, and the person who got that probably doesn't stay much... i said ok, so maybe i should just start staying at starwood instead of spending 100 nights with you guys.... then maybe you might target me for 50,000 one day... go figure.

I've been a diamond for the last 6 years. I haven't had one Hilton stay so far this year. I haven't received any inducement like the OP relates, but I'll be checking the mail, maybe one will appear among all the junk mail?
