Hi,
I have a bit of a confusing situation.

I am American, and have flown on Korean Air, earning Skypass miles on a flight ORIGINATING in the USA.

I also live in Korea, now, where I work.

I have a Skypass visa debitcard account with the Korean bank. Apparently, I earn Skypass points on this account, as well.

The two accounts in my name have different numbers and, of course, different mileages.

Anyone ever tried combining the two?
Suggestions?

If I combine the two, I wonder will it work for credit on flights originating on both sides of the ocean? Does it even matter?

Try to combine them. If names are same, won't be a problem, but even if different, i.e. different US name and Korean name, I think it will be okay if you can show them proper documents. Banks in Korea can give you miles only to BK*** skypass number, but if you got first one in US, it must be BA***. Same story: US bank can give miles only to BA***. (Well, something might have been changed, though.) Maybe that is why Korean bank issued another skypass account. Just call skypass.
