Expect the new reservations system to come online in 2010. It'll be great for them to have a proper system to allow for code-sharing, interlining and other useful features that they can't do right now.
JetBlue will be the launch customer for the new Sabre CSS product, so that will be interesting to see how well that works at the launch point.

More or less, depending on how they actually implement it. Supposedly the new version of Sabre that jetBlue will be the launch customer for will handle things like EML, per bag fees, etc. at the time of booking, including quoting the prices correctly at that point. Such an upgrade was actually a pretty significant thing for Sabre to implement. We'll see how well they did when B6 goes live next year.
