This has been fixed!
Just converted a few k points to miles and got the following message:

Thank You for your order

You redeemed xxxxxx pts for xxxxxx LH-LUFTHANSA MILESandMORE miles transferred to Frequent Flyer xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Your points will be processed in 5-7 days and sent to your frequent flyer account. Miles may take 4–6 weeks to post to your frequent flyer account.

An order confirmation has just been emailed to you confirming the redemption. If you have any questions regarding your order, contact us or call us at:

Hi all,

I'm trying to tranfer on-line my 70k remaining points to my Frequent Flyer account (AF-KLM Flying Blue).

I have the following error message at the end:

PageFlow Global.app: Could not find exception handler method handleException that accepts a form of type org.apache.beehive.netui.pageflow.internal.AnyBean ActionForm.

Do you have some clue?

Do you know an other way to transfer those points?

Thanks a lot in advance.

OK, I will keep trying it.
Maybe I will try as well to contact the customer service support.

I have been trying to transfer points from my husband's account into his Delta account for the current partner promo. Everything goes fine and dandy until I click the submit button. Then I get a screen that says, "Confirm: You want to transfer 0 GPP to 0 Delta miles."

Since I've never done this before, I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if he's not eligible for transfers or if the website is just having a major malfunction.

Hi AsiaTraveler,

I think I got the same trouble 2 months ago while trying to transfer Goldpoints to my Flying Blue account (also part of Skyteam).
I figured out that on the webpage of goldpointsplus.com, you need to specify for all the segments of miles the quantity, even if the quantity is 0. For instance if you want to redeem 54000 points for miles you need to specify:

The breakdown will be as follow to stick to the segments:
2*2000 + 1*50000 points.

You need to fill in the webpage:

quantity 2 for 2000 points (4000 points for 500 miles)
quantity 1 for 50000 points (50000 points for 8000 miles)
quantity 0 for 100000 points (100000 points for 18000 miles).

I hope it was clear (I'm not sure).

Thanks, that sounded like a great solution, but it didn't work here. :( Any other thoughts? I guess I'll have to call in.

Same problem here, and the 1-0-0 method didn't work for me, either.

And just for curiosity, I tried redeeming to both CO and US, and both rejected my request, stating that my frequent flier number was invalid.

Sounds like the goldpoints site airline mile redemption feature is generally messed up at the moment.

I tried the goldpoints-to-Delta transfer again today and it seems to be working now.

Hmm, thanks for noting that. It's still not working for me, but I emailed them and they can do it over email or by phone. So I'll be going that route.

This seems to be a recurring issue. It happened to me in February.I finally got it to go through a few days later.

Watch for the miles to post..mine did not post without intervention.

Looking for an expert on the points and miles.

Should I earn points or miles? I use DL and AA.

I am not a regular radisson customer. Only when international or no Hilton available.

Does the site mean that you have to earn 10k in points before they transfer any to miles? I really don't understand this. Thanks.

I did the transaction by email (emailed them from inside my husband's account and then replied to the email they sent me) and the miles have posted to Delta already. Not to Northwest...

If you earn points, you must accumulate a minimum of 10,000 to transfer.

If you want miles, just earn miles instead. No minimum, no hassle.

Hi all,

I was just wondering if there was a cost to transfer points between Radisson accounts - I'm about 250 points short of a rewards I was looking at!

Cheers
