Hi,
My wife is travelling TG from BKK in First. I am, at the same time, flying SQ First elsewhere. Given that we will both gain access to the TG First lounge - do you think I will be allowed to get a full massage because my wife doesn't fancy it :)
Thanks in advance

Ummm, if you wear a skirt?
Seriously, I've noticed that TG Spa staff have been quite politely firm on ensuring that pax are flying in C/F and on THAI, and declining those who are not. YMMV, and indeed you can only ask (whilst clutching your wife's BP)
You will have access to the F lounge but not to the Spa which is reserved for TG passengers flying in C and F.
As Kiwi said, it does not hurt to ask......

I dunno. It would seem senseless (to me at least) to refuse Spa access if you are taking your wife's place instead of her - obviously this is different from asking for access for both of you.
Maybe a bit like husband and wife swapping their F and J seats respectively so that wife sits in F and hubby in J... strictly speaking, yes only the named passenger should be in the seat, but they probably do have some flexibility as long as you're not demanding too much.
