JetBlue TrueBlue - Expertflyer shows availability, can't book on jb.com

Hi -

I'm trying to book the direct flight from CUN-BOS as a return flight on Sun Apr 19. I get the "Something's not right" error but on expertflyer.com it's Y4. Any ideas?

I'm confused by what you've written. Are you booking it as a one-way or as part of a return (round) trip?

I can go through the booking process for that flights as a one-way trip and it prices at $226.11. I didn't complete the booking but it looks possible.

If you are trying to do it as a round-trip on the same day that might not work based on connection times in CUN but I'm not sure that would be the case.

Any ideas?

My guess would be that that the availability in ExpertFlyer may not be reflected correctly.

B6 does not always offer a refundable fare on all flights, especially during peak travel periods. You may want to call them to confirm if it is truly available on the flight you are looking at. If it is not, mystery solved. If it is available, while you are on the phone with them, you should be able to request a waiver on the booking fee since it is not bookable on the website.

Ah, ok. It surprises me though that they'd black-out full fare during a peak time...I guess just to ensure the flights are actually full rather than having to deal with no-shows.

The Y fare is not blacked out for OP's dates. The Apr 17th to 19th blackout is from BOS in the rules when OP is leaving on Apr 16th. It is also available on the the retun to BOS on the 19th when the April blackouts are the 24th to the 26th.
