I used to be able to look at my account activity online but now all I can seem to find is the total mileage. Is there somewhere online that I can look over my account activity to confirm that which has been credited? If not, does diamond club ever send email or paper account statements to US resident members?

In the same section of the screen under your miles totals click on the red text
Diamond Club members area. All the information is then available as before.

If you want to do a detailed search then click on View activities and search back over the past 12 months.

When I do this, it takes me back to the log in page. I log in again and the same things happens.

Just tried on my account and it is working OK.

Assuming you are entering the dates in UK format try this : the bmi website has a history of falling into a loop in the members area where, each time you execute a transaction, you are returned to the login page and have to enter your security credentials again and again. Solution is to clear these cookies (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/bmi-diamond-club/886209-bug-list-newly-released-red-black-blue-website-bug-log-not-discussion.html#post10762765).

I am still at a loss to get the site to work. Keeps looping back to log in page when I try to see account detail by clicking on the red diamond club members area link. What do others do to access this info?

1) Clear out cookies as Oxon Flyer points out;

2) Try with a different browser - perhaps Safari or Firefox rather than the internet browser that is included with Windows.

The website can be a bit flaky. :)

Sometimes the first activities page will not show anything, despite redemptions having been made in that time frame. Have to click on recent activities for it to show.

I don;t think it shows redemption history any more- u can't see any deductions or at least mine doesnt show any recent redemption amounts deducted.

Only way I can see recent redemption listings is to

Click 'View activities' then click 'View recent activities'.

Can someone please explain how to print out a proper statement from the web page? In print mode there is page cut off. I assume in part because my defaults are not metric, but the only way it works so I at least get the info box is by changing the page to horizontal from vertical. Is there a better way? BTW may be a Mac issue, running Safari browser.

I find a mouse drag across and down the five columns, then copy/paste into Word, does the job perfectly.

As you have a Mac use the Grab utility to take a screen shot. Open Spotlight and search for Grab, then you can take a copy of the whole screen and paste it into TextEdit and then print it out.

Also - you can generate the page in FireFox, then size to Print, and shove it away as a PDF...

(Will check it works in Safari later today)

That's pretty much how it shows when I do the printout I did this morning. Just find it odd that there is no "print statement" option to format a proper printout. Oh well. Thanks for your tips to this interloper.
