I stayed in the hotel during Christmas, just to have some relaxing days after busy times..!
I had made reservations for a nice suite with a nice seaview.
Was really looking forward to my stay in this hotel. But I encountered many problems here. Even now I have not the SPG points I had earned.
The property is really nice, with beautiful grounds. But the service is really lacking and it seems the hotel is only revenue driven!
Furthermore the hotel accomodates mainly packagetour tourists with many, many, children! But I guess thats what one can expect in this period. However, the hotelgrounds a large enough to find a more quiet place to relax.
I have had a file opened at the SPG customers service. But I am still waiting to recieve my accurate amount of points.
Since the SPG office is still taking care of my problems here, I do not want to give a detailled review of my stay here.
