I need to document my flight patterns for a legal matter related to a will in probate. How can I go about getting a historical listing of the flights I took on JetBlue between 1999 and 2003? I looked for a contact email address on their site and wasn't able to find anything.
Do you have your old CC statements? Those often include city pairs on them. I'm not sure that a carrier (jetBlue or otherwise) will delve into their archives to pull out the historical information for you.

Thanks for the tip regarding CC statements, I don't unfortunately.
For what it's worth, this is something that UA does regularly provide their guests:

I can tell you right now you didn't take any flights with B6 from 1999 to February(?) of 2001. No commercial flights were operating until BUF came online with FLL fallowing shortly there after (both from JFK, ofcourse).

Fair enough... It looks like commercial flights started in 2/2000.
So is there a customer service email address? I wasn't able to find anything on the site.

i think if you ask one of the agents at the airport they might be able to get you a list....don't know if they can print it out and not sure how far it goes back. but in the res system if you do a name search of the pax it can show up itinerary's that have already been flown.

I don't know about going back to 2000, but if you have a TrueBlue account, you can easily pull a great deal of your JetBlue flight history on your own. Here's how:
Log in to your TB account online
In the upper blue box on the TB home page, click the small link on the bottom that states "See your award activity"
On the next page that shows your current status (# of TB points) and current points summary, click the "Flight History" tab on the left (under available and used awards).
When I perform the above, I am able to view flights I took dating back to Feb. 2007. I am not sure if that's for everyone, or based on the number of flights I took (it only lists 10 flights per page, 5 pages = 50 flights). Also, only a few recent PNRs still have an active itinerary page that you can click to. Older ones only show the date and city pair, as well as the conf. number.
Hope this helps and good luck!
PS - There's no email address, but press "Speak Up" in the upper right corner of jetblue.com - they might be able to help you out.
