JetBlue TrueBlue - MCO-JFK birdstrke, engine damage, aborted takeoff
Didn't see this elsewhere, it's thankfully a minor event but the plane did apparently suffer significant damage to keep it grounded.

Wow! Its must to be very serious dangerous out there. It was too many birds everywhere in USA. I realize know what happening US1549 were crashes into Hudson River. All passengers & the crew were survived from last few weeks ago. It was terrified about the birds were strike the engines. I think they will eventually to get rid of them. It will keep eye on the birds away from the engines. I think FAA need to be inspection the engines. Its doesn't want happening again in the future.

It doesn't happen often but it does happen more often than people realize. With US 1549 the media is going to jump on any bird strike for the next couple of months. You should have seen pictures of what a goose did to a 190 out of HPN a couple of months ago.

Isn't that the truth. I hate the media.
