Radisson goldpoints plus - Problems with 2for1 and 4for2

I don't know is it just me or for about half the times I use this offer the hotels try to charge me for the full stay. I literally carry with me every time i travel the rules of the promotion and quite often the reception person has to do a lot of work to get the extra night off my bill.
Anyone else with same experiences?

No. I never had such issues. They always know when I stay on that rateplan, no extra work at the reception.
And yes, I do carry a print of the reservation with the rate description with me, always.

I hope they will give 241 and 442 in US soon.
