Hi,
I have a question concering priceline. I´m based in Munich at the moment. Do I need to have a US adress to use priceline for hotel bookings (name your own price)???
Thanks.
I believe you need to enter a credit card billing address that mimics a US address. Use your Postleitzahl as the US zip code and maybe reverse the numbers and letters in the street address (most German addresses have the numbers at the end, most US addresses have the numbers at the beginning).
I have heard that people have made it work and it has been accepted.
