Central America - Qs on Bus Routes: Copan to Rio Dulce, Punta Gorda to Dangriga?

Hi everyone,
I have a few questions on bus routes in Central America.

1. To go from Santa Ana (El Salvador) to El Poy (El Salvador-Honduras border), is the only possible route via San Salvador?

2. Is it possible--and relatviely easy--to get from Copan (Honduras) to Rio Ducle (Guatemala)?

3. Are there frequent buses going from Punta Gorda to Dangriga (both in Belize)?
