What's the maximum number of consecutive nights you have stayed in the same Priceline hotel. Is there a limit?

I have stayed in the same PL hotel for more than 30 days at a time, but under different, back-to-back, PL purchases. Some state laws make you a Tenant if you stay too long without checking out and in again.

Although most hotel software packages allow the joining (combining) of separate reservations, I suspect that most if not all hotels have a rule as to the maximum number of days any reservation can include (one exception would be a long-term stay directly-negotiated with the hotel's sales department).

21 days is the limit for any one bid. You can verify this by trying to bid on Feb 1st for a hotel and the latest check out date is Feb 22nd, i.e. 21 nights.

However, if you plan to stay that long, it is usually best to break up your bid into smaller increments. PL won't confirm a hotel unless it has the total number of requested nights in one hotel, and the rate you might get for bidding for 21 nights could be higher than if you made 3 bids of 7 nights each, or some combination (totally depending on the rates that the hotel has given to PL for your dates).

Being classified as a "Tenant" generally means that you do not have to pay the room and occupancy taxes. Last time that I stayed 90 days at a hotel, my 1st month taxes were refunded after the 30th day.

My max on PL is 21 days 5/3/08-5/24/08 that was the max that PL would let me bid.
