For the record and for others searching, the revised surcharge amounts are thus: UA: $1.95 per day, capped at $5.45 US: $1.95 per day, capped at $5.00 WN: $1.50 per day, capped at $8.00 AS, CO, DL: $0.95 per day, no cap NW, HA, Best Western: $0.50 per day, capped at $2.00 AA: $0.06 per day (this is in negotiation), no cap All other partners incur no surcharge. Should show up separately. It has in my experience.
