The Caribbean - Cruise?

A friend is heading down with quite a few friends and wants a cruise at the end of Feb for a week or 2.
any recommendation? Anything to see? I haven't been island hopping in many, many years.

Heading down to which island? What type of cruise? I know ships go out of Barbados and Puerto Rico and probably some of the other islands. Or do they want to do a small charter?

Not sure. I emailed him earlier, but I think they might be looking at a small charter.
Islands and locations they are indifferent I believe as they never were there so don't know what to see.
