Travel Technology - Nokia 1208

I bought this for my parents to use with my European and Israeli SIM cards on their vacation. t-mo unlocked it. Now however I am not sure this will work there on the Israeli Orange network. Would anyone know?

If the phone was purchased from T-Mobile USA, it is a North American dual band (850/1900) and will not work overseas. It will only work in countries that have GSM networks on 850/1900 MHz, which is basically the US, Canada, and parts of Latin America.
