Offer seems to apply to all AMEX BIZ card holders and was sent via snail mail.

Good News is that you get $25 credit per AMEX Biz card used, still get the OPEN discount and there are no travel date restrictions.

Offer valid for flight purchases made at JetBlue.com between now and January 12, 2009 for air travel available on jetblue.com as of the date of purchase.

Offer does not apply to purchases of Getaway vacation packages, cruises, gift cards or flights bought through a 3rd party.

If a refundable fare is canceled, the rebate will be reversed and reflected on the following statement.

I sure hope so as that's exactly what I did this morning :p

I read the T&Cs several times and I didn't see any restriction that the ticket had to be flown by the cardholder/purchaser - only that the ticket be bought by the cardholder before the deadline.

Nice that they are leaving the Open discount in there, too. Bummer that it is limited to a single use.

Alas, I doubt I'll have a ticket to buy before the 12th, so I will miss this one, I think. :(
