American Express Membership Rewards - Bonus Points Mall Problems

I made a purchase from drugstore.com through the bonus points mall and I never received my bonus points. After numerous calls to MR I finally got them added to my account.

Anyone else have trouble receiving the points? How long does it usually take to get them added to your account? Funny, when I purchase through mileage plus mall the points are added in a few weeks. Why does it take 8 to 12 weeks for MR?

Did you use any coupons? Sometimes using coupons void cashback/points.

I've had some issues as well. My points were posting as 3x instead of 4x and my statement said they were posting through my Amex Blue card instead of my Plat card. I can't remember the last time my Blue card had activity...

I called Amex and supposedly they know why that happened and they're fixing it. Someone was supposed to call me on Monday...didn't happen.

It is possible I did use a coupon. I had some "drugstore.com dollars" which I redeemed. Could this have affected my bonus MR points? I think I prefer earning airline miles through mileageplus mall.
