Travel Technology - Wanted: Job lot of Russian MegaFon SIM cards

Does anyone know where I might obtain a job lot (say 30 - 50) of MegaFon SIM cards ? These do not necessarly have to be operational, as they are required only for decorative purposes. I would, obviously, be happy to pay for the SIMS and for delivery to the UK.
