Just to remind those of you busy with the holidays that savings bonds make nice gifts.

I've been trying to coming up with creative ways to take advantage of this disappearing miles opportunity and would appreciate hearing other's ideas.

This may have been posted elsewhere, but if you use the Delta Amex, there's a December promo for 100 bonus miles for every purchase of $100 or more. So if you make separate purchases for each $100, it's basically double miles. Registration required: http://www.americanexpress.com/deltaenroll
