Hertz - When does Hertz "reset"?

I was a PC in 2008, but really think I missed the cut off in 2009 both in terms of rental numbers and dollars. So when does my status "reset"

Trying to decide what to do in 2009. I don't think any of the others are any better but my company would probably perfer I went with Avis.

Good question. My counter showed 10 rentals in 2008, so I'm expecting my new status to be noted. So far, it hasn't 'reset.'
The value of the status is the subject of another discussion, apparently...

Mine no longer shows a counter, but still show's Hertz #1 Club Gold Five Star Member

I am a PC too, but after new year the rental number has disappeared off my logged in page, giving no indication of number of rentals.

I know it was about 26 pre xmas, with a couple of outstanding retro claims to come in. If it is Apr-Apr then no bother, as I have a couple more rentals in the next two weeks alone which should see me clear for another year..... but if it reset at the new year I will be annoyed - as I only moved up during the year (after asking for it to be reviewed because of change in rental rate)

Does the 600 pt (former free day) counter reset at any point?

I would really hate to be at 14 rentals just to see it go poof and reset to 0.

I was a Hertz PC with an address in the US last year. I moved to the UK in August and had a total of 30 rentals in 2008 which is what Hertz UK PC qualification requires. Today I see my downgraded status online as "#1 Club member". :confused:

Email has been sent to Hertz Customer Service. :mad:

Hertz Customer Service replied, apologizing for the inconvenience, but did not provide an explanation. PC status renewed till April 2010 according to the email.

One year + Jan-April after qualification, which is why I was surprised it was showing reset to nothing in January. I requalified in 2008 so status is valid through 2009 till April 2010.

Counter is back up and present for me starting at 1 after my first 2009 rental....
