Asia - Dress for a tourist in Pakistan

Hello! I am going to be in Lahore, Pakistan for a few days this month. Can I get by with jeans/khakis and a long sleeve dress shirt or should I go with a shalwar kameez? I am a male, mid-20's, very white American.

Western clothes are fine !!

I'm Pakistani and walk around in jeans and a t-shirt.
