Am about to head to DEN to go up to Winter Park and am looking at renting an AWD Ford Edge.
I'm wondering if it will already come equipped with snow tires or if I should pay the extra $$ for the "ski equipped" option. I don't need the rack, as we will keep the snowboards inside the vehicle.
It seems logical that an AWD vehicle in DEN would just have snow tires on it all the time as people would probably rent that type to take it up to the mountains.....or do they actually change the tires out on each rental in one doesn't pay?
