Gaming Loyalty Programs - Harrah's Passport Travel

I have quite a few points to use, and I was thinking about booking some flights through Harrah's Passport Travel. It sounds like 20,000 points = $100 in flight credits. How do I go about booking something? Is there a direct number or do I have to go through a host?

One of the previous perks for using rewards credits was booking (through Harrahs Travel) a flight to any place they had a casino in USA for 25,000 points--(I don't have a catalog in front of me) but I believe now for each 10,000 points you get to buy $50 in travel (with no refund of excesses).
[Fortunately, AC casinos are always running 2:1 direct reward credits to cash redemption promos, and sometimes even 1:1.]

I know our branch office has block seating for all over the country all year long to most of our locations if you play at a certain level. If you do not play at the comp for two level they also have BOGO pricing and lastly reatail pricing. if anyone is looking for certain area I can always look into it for them.
