Travel Technology - Travel expense tracking app for iPhone and time logging for BB or iphone (or WM?)

I am looking for an app that will let me capture travel expenses and then transfer the information in a usable form to my assistant (using a PC) for expense reports. Multiple currencies are a must and multiple clients for billing purposes would be very useful. Any suggestions? It looks like there are a few out there.
Also, something for the iPhone, BB or even WinMo to track consulting time while on the go. Thanks for any suggestions.
I actually set something similar up using Google's Spreadsheet and Forms tools. I get a very basic webpage that I put data in on and it is collected into a spreadsheet that anyone I authorize can read. It does require one to be online to use, but that is rarely a problem for me. It is very lightweight and pretty functional, at least for my basic needs.

Are the forms tools Google or iphone app? Im starting to use Google more and more to support my on the side consulting activities so combining it there has some attractions. Thanks.

Straight google; no special apps. Basically you create a spreadsheet as your database with the columns you want. There is a menu option to create a form for entering data into the spreadsheet. You define the fields and whatnot and then there is a submit button at the bottom. Very simple and easy. My submission form looks like this (http://www.millerworks.net/timeentry.jpg). Processing the data is nice and easy thanks to it already being in a spreadsheet format that is reasonably easy to manipulate.

Same question here (found this thread by searching): I'm looking for an iphone app, because when I travel I want to limit my time connected (to google or others sites) due to roaming data charges. Would *love* to have a simple app where I could enter my daily expenses.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7C144 Safari/528.16)

Check out iExpenseIt. It even allows you to photograph you receipts with the iPhone and save them for your expense report.

I will. Meanwhile I found Jetset which seems to be pretty good, although at glance has some limitations (no foreign currencies, no pictures...). I downloaded the 'lite' version that is free, fully functional, and advertising supported (must make sure to turn off data roaming!).
Thanks!

I've tried several iPhone apps for this and am now happy with a combination of Time Master and XpenseTracker.
Time Master lets you track separate projects, clients, and tasks, and clocking in and out is easy--just tap the green highlighted time entry. You can email time reports for the periods you select. These reports can be simple totals or a complete list of time entries.
While you can record expenses in Time Master, I like the flexibility & multiple currencies of XpenseTracker. You can include a photo of a receipt to record an expense, and you can email expense reports, which I've done, or export them as CSV, plain text, or QIF (I haven't tested that).

Another vote for IXpenseIt (http://appshouter.com/iphone-app-review/iphone-app-review-%E2%80%93-ixpenseithe-wire/)
Anyone use Mobile Receipt?
Anyone use Mobile Receipt?
Yes! I tried several different apps, for for me, MR worked best. However, it is only (currently) supporting US Currency, although they emailed recently saying there is an update coming.
Basically, you take a picture of your receipts and enter in the amount and pick the category. As you go, all your pictures and data get uploaded to their servers. When you get back you can just go to "expense reports" off the main menu, quickly select all of your items from that trip, hit "submit" and in a minute or so, you will get an email that has links to your expense report in .PDF, XLS, CSV and probably a few other formats, as well as all of your receipts attached.
What I like about it is a few things, besides that it's easy:
The pictures you take get automatically cropped and they make them black and white and adjust the contrast and whatnot so they are really sharp. They print out and look exactly like you just took each receipt and ran it through a xerox machine.
If you blow up your iphone or something, you can get back everything off the server that has been uploaded, which is great if you worry about losing all your receipts somewhere along the way, you have copies that are good enough to satisfy any accounting department.
When taking pictures of your receipts, you just have to remember to have a decent contrast, so if you have a white receipt, put it on a dark colored table or notebook (I use my laptop cover) so the auto-crop works, and it always seems dead-on.
It's a one-time cost for the app ($6?) and you other monthly charges. You can have up to 100 receipts in the system at a time. There is a "pro" version that I think allows unlimited receipts.
I'd be open to hearing what others use, but this has worked really well for me, and while I'm always trying other ones to see if something is better, I haven't found one yet, but everyone has different needs and likes!
I use https://www.proongo.com/beta/web/index.php . Very good.
