Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - Need help planning trip

We are two college students looking for an adventure with as many places as we can fit into our limited budget (max $450 or so) We are starting in Buffalo, NY on Feb 13 or 15. We need to be back in Buffalo on the 22nd. We would like to be in Las Vegas (or somewhere else), and be in Phoenix Feb 19-22.

This is what I have so far, and the best price is about $350

BUF -> LAS Feb 15
LAS -> PHX Feb 19
PHX -> BUF Feb 22

Any ideas of how we could arrange this to detour to other cities to get more flights for the money?

It came back with a bunch of 7 flight itineraries under $450... but I could only replicate a 6 flight one on Expedia... I did only try once so that may be improved upon!! :D As might the flight times...Have at it!!!

Thanks Trooper, but I would like to spend about a day or so in each place, a chance to run around and take some photos, not just connect on multiple flights (although thats good too). We budgeted two days for vegas, and at least Friday to Sunday in Phoniex.

If we throw out our plans, what trip can we do originating in BUF on the 13th morning, picking up on the 14th at night, and hopping around every day or two from there?
