Today marks my first MR, as I needed just over 2600 miles to quality for Premier Executive on United.
I started off this morning on a 7am United flight to Washington-National. Got in a little early, and could have made the earlier flight on USAir to Orlando, but they wanted $50 to confirm an standby seat. Didn't think it was worth it.
Just boarded USAir Flight to Orlando. I've got quick turnaround when I get there to head from MCO to PHL. Then it's back to ORD by 7:30pm tonite.
I'll pick up about 2900 miles, pushing me over the 50K EQM's I needed. Not bad for 12 hours and $300. (I bought the ticket last night!)
