Gaming Loyalty Programs - Terrible's Gaming One Card

Does anyone know if there are any good sign-up bonuses available (i.e., free play/match plays) for new members of the Terrible's One Card? My wife and I are going to Primm, NV on one of their "Freecation" promos. I have no other desire to play at Terrible's casinos, but since I'll be there, I thought I'd see what I might be able to get for free.
